A Fruitful Collaboration
For our first project with photographers Susan Carr and Gary Cialdella, the pair challenged us to help reposition their company, Arcadia Photographics. Our research revealed that many current and prospective clients shared a specific academic background that influenced the types of images they were commissioning. Based on this insight we recommended a new position (complex reality) and a company name change to CarrCialdella Photography. Using humor to help people remember the complex but authentic company name, we produced thoughtful, approachable communications that underscored how Gary and Susan have integrated their roles as business people, photographers, and artists.
